“Since starting cycle syncing, I have been able to identify different phases of my cycle better. This has allowed me to choose more appropriate exercises/workouts and intensity of workouts. This makes me have more days of feeling refreshed, energized, and challenged by my workouts and not leaving me feeling exhausted or underwhelmed by them. I have noticed less fluctuation in my weight during different phases. I am better able to identify how I am feeling and why, which has led to better communication with my husband. I have been able to be more productive and intentional with planning for later in the month when I do need to slow down and recognize that it is okay to slow down and rest. When I take this downtime, I have less stress and more positive interactions rather than being defensive and reactive.”

“I loved this program & learned sooooo much. Dialing in and looking at how much sugar is in things has been a true game changer in how I feel. Has helped my stomach issue during this pregnancy be significantly reduced.”

"Figuring out what foods were creating symptoms for me made it so much easier to identify if symptoms were food related or cycle related. My communication with my husband got a lot better as well. Being more aware of what was going on inside made it easier to communicate my needs - food, help around the house, intimacy. I have become a lot less reactive. I feel I can fully listen before responding to a situation, have more patience, and feel I can now say no to participating in relationships or conversations that do not serve me/my family in a positive way. I have a lot less anxiety and know how to prioritize myself to better be present with my family. Also, how to adapt what I need to do to put myself in the right mindset based on where I'm at in my cycle - follicular: lifting workout or a run/walk. Luteal: walk, yoga, podcast. Menstrual: to bed before 9, sit and do nothing (and not feel bad about it)"
