FAQs

  • If you are on any form of hormonal birth control with no desire to come off of it, Cycle Armonia and Armonia 360 will not be as effective, however you can still participate in our Gut Revival Intensive Program.

  • If you have your own workout routine and/or nutrition plan that works for you, that is wonderful!! We host monthly bootcamps if what you need is someone to hold you accountable to follow through.
